Act of Kindness is a triggered ability that creates a static replacement effect whenever you choose one of your characters for Support. This static effect lasts until it’s used or until the start of your next turn, whichever comes first. A static replacement effect exists independently of the character it was chosen for, so if another effect causes the character to lose all abilities, the static replacement effect is unaffected.
