Can I use a Dragon Gem to return Alice – Growing Girl from my discard to my hand?
No. Even though Alice’s ability Good Advice mentions Support, she herself doesn’t have Support, so she isn’t affected by abilities and effects that interact with it. If you have 2 or more copies of Alice in play, however, they give each other Support. Then abilities and items that interact with Support would apply to all of them.
